SUMMARY:SQUASH the Competition - Pumpkin Carving Contest
DESCRIPTION:Contest Guidelines & Important Dates\n  \n\n\nThe Mission: Decorate a pumpkin to look like a completely different object\, animal\, or character!\nNo Carving\, Please! To ensure everyone’s masterpiece lasts until the judging day\, we strongly encourage students not to cut into or carve their pumpkins. Decoration should be done on the surface with paint\, glue\, markers\, accessories\, etc.\nSubmission Deadline: The last day to bring in a decorated pumpkin is Thursday\, October 30th.\nDisplay Location: All the amazing creations will be proudly displayed in front of the office for everyone to admire.\n\nJudging & Prize\n  \n\n\nVoting Day: On Friday\, October 31st\, students will get to vote for the “Coolest Pumpkin” in a student-only poll.\nThe Prize: The student with the most votes will win a special prize on Halloween!\n\nA Note on Pickup: All pumpkins must be taken home at the end of the school day on Friday\, October 31st. Please make arrangements to have your student collect their artwork that day. \nWe can’t wait to see the incredible\, “un-pumpkin-like” creations! This is a wonderful family project to get everyone in the festive spirit.
